I am a London-based Japanese artist specialising in both portrait and animal paintings especially dogs. My work is a celebration of the unique and intimate bond between humans and their beloved canine companions. Through my portraits, I aim to capture the essence and personality of both the individual and their furry friend, creating a timeless and beautiful piece of art that reflects the deep connection and love shared between them.

 

Each dog I paint is more than just a pet; they are beloved members of their families and have their own distinct traits, quirks, and expressions that evoke the joy, love, and connection that dogs bring into our lives. Looking at their soulful eyes and expressions, each dog is sending us a powerful message. I believe that dogs have an unspoken language that transcends words, and through my paintings.  

 

My work is an invitation to viewers to reflect on their own relationships with loved ones and pets. I hope to evoke feelings of nostalgia and warmth, reminding us of the beauty in companionships and the memories we create together. Ultimately, my art serves as a celebration of love, connection, and the enduing bonds we share with those who hold a special place in our hearts.
